Weichai Baudouin Parts

Why does the complete Baudouin model matter?

The brand or engine family is only the first step in identification. Include the complete model designation, serial number and all readable nameplate details. Tell us whether the engine is used in a generating set, vessel or another installation so the enquiry retains its application context. Do not select a component from power output or appearance alone.

What should I provide for a replacement or service kit?

Send the component reference from your engine parts documentation and any markings on the old item. For a kit, request an itemised contents list and compare it with your maintenance plan. Identify seals, gaskets or related items separately when they are needed; a kit name does not establish what the package contains.

How should distributors organise an enquiry?

• Group requirements by engine model and serial number.
• List part numbers, descriptions and quantities on separate lines.
• Distinguish single components from packs or sets.
• Attach nameplate, component and relevant parts-diagram photographs.
• State the destination country, delivery location and documentation requirements.

What if I cannot read the old part number?

Include clear photographs and the engine details, then request identification review. Do not approve a substitute solely because its outline resembles the original part.

What needs confirmation before ordering?

Confirm the exact reference, supply scope, availability, inspection requirements and agreed commercial terms in the quotation. You can also browse our published engine parts catalogue; another category is not evidence of Baudouin compatibility.
